We are very happy to announce that both our Jermyn Street and Eton High Street stores will be re-opening from the 12th April 2021 in line with UK government guidelines. Our team is very much looking forward to welcoming you back and can assure you that we have taken the necessary steps to ensure you can visit us safely.

Our Click and Collect service remains open and we will continue to operate our full range of additional services for those unable to visit us in-store including our virtual styling appointments with either our Jermyn St or Eton teams and concierge delivery (for those in London zones 1-3)

Updated Safety Precautions

The health and safety of all of our customers and staff is our first priority and so we have made a few important changes to how we operate to ensure we are complying with all guidance while keeping all that you love about New & Lingwood intact. Until further notice:

    • There will be a maximum of 6 customers in the shop at any time
    • We ask all customers to please respect social distancing guidelines and follow floor signs where appropriate
    • Please use the provided hand sanitizer upon entering the shop
    • Please use provided protective equipment when trying on clothing
    • Please use contactless payment methods where possible
    • You will notice reduced changing room availability. This is to ensure that our team can clean thoroughly between each customer who wishes to try an item on
    • In busier times, to maximise your comfort, our staff may guide you to a less busy area of the shop where they will be able to bring items to you to review
